In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the rvip5 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the platform from within the Republic of Indonesia.
• You are accessing rvip5 in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity, trust, or third party.
• You do not hold any existing rvip5 account that is currently active, suspended, or under review — one account per person is permitted without exception.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by rvip5 or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

rvip5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

To access real-money games and services on rvip5, you must register a Member account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree that:

• All information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile number, and preferred payment method — is truthful and accurate.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other individual under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified rvip5 support of unauthorised access without delay.
• You will not use a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

rvip5 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that false information has been provided or that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria in Clause 2.

Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point where rvip5 reasonably suspects unusual account activity — rvip5 will request that you complete a KYC identity verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your registered residential address in Indonesia, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit, confirming the account belongs to you.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your photo ID, as instructed by the rvip5 support team.

rvip5 will endeavour to complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal processing will be paused during the KYC review period. rvip5 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent with the account registration details.

All deposits to your rvip5 account are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the payment methods listed on the platform's deposit page at the time of transaction. Accepted deposit channels include:

• Indonesian bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata.
• Digital wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

By depositing funds on rvip5, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful source.
• The bank account or e-wallet used to make the deposit is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds minus applicable transaction fees.
• You are depositing for the purpose of genuine personal gaming entertainment and not for money laundering, fraud, or any other prohibited purpose.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. rvip5 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits are generally credited to your account within two minutes of confirmed receipt; delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure are outside rvip5's control.

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Balance subject to an active wagering requirement) at any time via the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the identity information on your rvip5 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Your first withdrawal request will be held pending successful KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at rvip5's discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method. rvip5 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during support hours (00:00–24:00 WIB).
• rvip5 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rvip5 accepts no liability.
• rvip5 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request pending investigation if the transaction triggers fraud-detection protocols or if the account has not completed KYC.

In the event that a bonus was active on your account at the time of a deposit, any winnings generated during that period will be subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Balance funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

rvip5 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and may be restricted by account tier, deposit history, or geographic location within Indonesia.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, per household, and per device unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is displayed on the promotion page at the time of claim.
• Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within their stated validity window will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• rvip5 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including where it reasonably suspects that a member is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other form of promotional exploitation.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or systematically exploiting promotional terms — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.

All games available on the rvip5 platform — including but not limited to live casino tables, slot machines, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, crash games, online bingo, and sportsbook markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By playing any game on rvip5, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules as well as these general Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rvip5 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, monitor game outcomes, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to share information or coordinate strategies in competitive game formats, including poker and live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to support and will be voided upon investigation.
• Placing lay and back bets simultaneously on the same event across separate accounts to eliminate risk and meet wagering requirements — a practice commonly referred to as "matched betting" — where it is determined to have been conducted in breach of promotion terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rvip5 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the rvip5 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use the rvip5 brand name, logo, or trade marks in any context that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent from rvip5.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rvip5 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, including but not limited to sporting event results, slot spins, card draw outcomes, togel draws, or crash game multipliers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services due to technical maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, cyberattack, regulatory action, or any other cause outside rvip5's reasonable control.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking or e-wallet service providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the rvip5 platform, even if rvip5 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, rvip5's total aggregate liability to any individual member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rvip5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The member has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The member has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in these Terms, including but not limited to use of bots, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse.
• rvip5 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The member is found to be under 21 years of age or is otherwise ineligible to use the platform under Clause 2.
• The member has initiated an unjustified chargeback with their bank or e-wallet provider.
• The member requests voluntary self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools or support team.

Upon account closure for a reason attributable to the member's breach of these Terms, rvip5 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Balance funds. Real Money Balance may be returned at rvip5's discretion following investigation, minus any amounts determined to have been gained through Prohibited Activity.

rvip5 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering an account on rvip5, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rvip5 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect member data from unauthorised access. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and rvip5 cannot warrant the absolute security of any information transmitted to or from the platform.

rvip5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, rvip5 will provide notice to registered members via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. The revised Terms will display a new "Last Revised" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the rvip5 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rvip5 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and rvip5 relating to your account, a transaction, or the interpretation of these Terms, you agree to first contact the rvip5 support team to seek an informal resolution. rvip5 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis; class or representative actions are expressly waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.
